Aviation
The KACC Aviation Program utilizes the AOPA STEM curriculum. During their junior year, students build a strong foundation in aviation through the following coursework. During the junior year, students build a strong foundation through courses such as Launching into Aviation, Exploring Aviation and Aerospace, Introduction to Flight, and Aircraft Systems and Performance, where they explore aviation history, basic aerodynamics, aircraft operations, and career pathways. In their senior year, the program expands on the fundamentals while also supporting students who may be joining the program for the first time, ensuring all learners are set up for success. Students engage in advanced topics, including The Flying Environment and Flight Planning, which prepare them for the FAA Private Pilot Written Exam. In the final semester, students dive deeper into advanced aviation concepts and career exploration.

- Received an Attendance of 90% or higher
- Received a "B" Average or better (1st year entirety, and at least the first 3 semesters of the 2nd year)
